How to Enter
- Go to our United Sharing Adventure Map.
- Click on the state of your choice
- Login with Facebook to leave a local tip or photo for that state
- Every person who uploads a tip or photo will be entered in a prize draw
- The winner will be chosen at random after the closing date
The Prize
One lucky winner will receive a hostel stay in the USA worth $400 and $400 in cash to spend during their trip. The winner will be able to choose any USA hostel in a destination of their choice from the HostelBookers website. If you win, you’ll be able to start planning your dream trip to the USA on us…
Terms and Conditions
1. This Competition is open to participants aged 18 and over.
2. This competition is not open to employees of HostelBookers.com Ltd, their family members, HostelBookers.com Ltd argents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
3. Participants enter the competition by submitting a tip or image on the United Sharing Adventure page.
4. By entering the competition the participant agrees to participate in such promotional activity, including but not limited to automatic subscription to HostelBookers.com Ltd newsletter.
5. No responsibility is taken for entries which are lost, delayed or misdirected, or cannot be delivered or entered for technical or other reason.
6. HostelBookers.com Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to participants.
7. The competition will run from 4th November 2013 and will close 30th November 2013.
8. Any entries received or processed after the competition is closed will not be accepted.
9. The winner will be drawn at random by judges on the 2nd December.
10. The winner will be notified within seven days of the prize draws by email.
11. If HostelBookers.com Ltd cannot contact the winner within 14 days of the prize draw HostelBookers.com Ltd reserves the right to conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner.
12. The prize is an accommodation stay for 2 people up to the value of $400, and spending money of $400.
13. Accommodation must be booked before June 30th 2014, and spending money will be paid by bank transfer once accommodation has been confirmed.
14. The prize must be taken by the winners and may not be transferred to or taken by any third party.
15. Once the prize has been claimed the winners will be announced on the HostelBookers.com Ltd blog and via social media channels.
16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
17. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and it is the prize winners’ responsibility to arrange suitable cover for their needs.
18. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and those imposed by the prizes suppliers.
